Core Treatments

Evaluation & Assessment

We conduct an initial 60–90 minute intake to determine your mental health needs. Using SBIRT screening tools, we assess the severity of your needs and develop a personalized treatment plan while connecting you to appropriate resources.

Crisis Assistance

We offer 24/7 after-hours assistance for non-emergency mental health situations, including emotional distress, medication refill needs, interpersonal conflicts, and situations that require speaking with a licensed clinician.

Medication Management

Our providers evaluate the need for psychotropic medications, provide prescriptions, and monitor treatment to ensure safe and effective care.

Case Management & Care Coordination

We assist individuals in accessing psychiatric, medical, social, and educational services. With your authorization, we coordinate care with your primary care physician or other specialists to support your overall wellness.

Community-Based Service

Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CPRP)

This person-centered program supports individuals with severe mental illness through community-based services, including evaluations, crisis intervention, medication management, and psycho-social rehabilitation.

CPRP is a Medicaid-supported program for eligible clients.

Substance Use Programs

AA / NA Affiliates

We provide access to Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous resources, including meeting locations, contacts, and schedules to support recovery.

Substance Abuse Traffic Offenders Program (SATOP)

SATOP is a state-certified program for individuals charged with substance-related traffic offenses such as DWI, DUI, chemical refusal, or minor in possession. The program includes screening and educational services required by the State of Missouri to restore driving privileges.
